For over a decade, I’ve lived at the edge of presence and performance — chasing transformation, teaching it, and learning - sometimes the hard way - what it really means to live awake.
My path began in New York City, teaching yoga in packed rooms at one of the city’s most aspirational studios. Back then, I believed the feeling I was searching for would come from doing more — more practice, more growth, more fixing, more chasing, more becoming, more wealth, more success.
It took moving abroad, falling in love, realizing I was deeply unhappy in the present I was living and future I was creating, boldly choosing myself by abruptly exiting that life and rebuilding from complete burnout — broke, unmoored, and heartbroken — to learn a powerful lesson:
Stillness is equally as powerful as movement.
Deep growth isn't external nor performative.
Presence means looking inwards even when you want to run.
Clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder.
Truth is yours, nobody else's.
and Success is not built from vision boards or hustle — it’s shaped by gentle, consistent actions that create stability and alignment, even when life gets messy.
That’s what this space is — a home for your own becoming.
A place to exhale, to remember what matters, and to take one honest step at a time toward a life that feels like you.
You’ll find ideas for living with more grounded presence and expanded possibility. Creative rituals that bring you back to your center, and inspirational invitations to expand into joy. Sometimes that looks like a journal card deck. Sometimes it’s a story, a practice, or a question that sparks a moment of "aha" weeks after you read it.
I’m fascinated by how we realign and rebuild ourselves. How we become active creators in our own lives.
If my work can be a small part of that process for you, I’m honored you’re here.
