I HAVE ANSWERS

But... who are you and what do you offer?

But... who are you and what do you offer?

I'm Selena! A former New York based yoga teacher now residing in the Pacific Northwest letting my nervous system chill the F out after a few raucous years of adventure (but also living in severe fight-or-flight).  I'm deeply curious and love beauty, language, reflection, creativity and taking bold leaps.

Right now I'm offering The Clarity Deck, guided workshops in-person and free online classes on my YouTube channel. I'd recommend signing up for my newsletter to stay up to date.

I have over a decade in the wellness, communications, branding and hospitality industries. I'm always looking for new projects and collaborations, shoot me an email!

can i work with you 1:1?

can i work with you 1:1?

Yes! I've worked with people as a life coach, private yoga sessions and mentoring new yoga teachers. At the moment, I'm offering such support on a person-by-person basis. If you’re interested, reach out and we’ll see what fits.

The Clarity Deck lives in the shop, guided yoga & meditation practices are on my YouTube channel, and reflections + updates land in my newsletter.

Absolutely! I love connecting — whether it’s about the deck, a workshop, brand collaborations, project ideas, travel questions ...  or life in general. Drop me a note anytime :)
